About Karen

Having lived all over the world, Karen makes Tampa Bay her home because it offers a unique combination of all the places she’s lived and loved. Born and raised in Great Britain and a proud Army spouse, she knows the excitement, wonder, and stress of finding the right place to live. An experienced event planner who specialized in canine cancer awareness education and fundraising, Karen brings a keen eye for detail, meticulous planning, and relentless follow up to her practice of real estate. Having relocated her family more than a dozen times, she is a master of both the art and science of moving and she loves sharing that expertise with her clients to make buying and selling homes stress-free and even fun! As a working mom to a teenager, Karen understands the balance between ensuring families find just the right home, in just the right neighborhood, at just the right price. She also knows how important it is for every client to have an expert on their side to ensure they get top dollar for their biggest investment when it is time to sell.
When she’s not busy helping clients, Karen can be found enjoying all that Tampa Bay has to offer with her husband and two dogs. Between staying active with her Sigma Kappa alumnae group, volunteering to help rescue animals find forever homes, taking photos of all the stunning sights in the area, and getting her son ready to go off to college in the fall there is never a dull moment. Karen knows her client’s lives are hectic as well and takes pride in making them easier. She is dedicated to building lifetime relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual love of Tampa Bay!
